Our delivery drivers are trained to deliver and collect medical products with care and professionalism. - Delivery in flexible time slots: within our last-mile logistics, customers can choose from 2-hour, 3-hour or 4-hour delivery slots that are tailored to the recipient’s preferences or scheduling needs. Medication and medical aids can also be delivered in the evening or at weekends.
- Return logistics: SWAP services are also offered within our last-mile logistics offering. By cleverly combining the delivery and collection of medical aids, we make sure all products are delivered to the patient’s home in one shipment. Lent devices can also be returned at the time of delivery, preventing them from remaining unused in the patient’s home for weeks.
- Secure transport of medical aids: our last-mile logistics services ensure that all medical aids, whether new, lent or repaired, are delivered safely using protective flight cases. Your medical products are in good hands with us.
