The Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes will take place between 16th - 20th September 2019 in Barcelona Spain. There will be a poster event on 17th September at 12pm focused on the lessons from the DynaHEALTH consortium: bio-psychosocial model of glycaemic health. The session will be chaired by DynaHEALTH Project Coordinator, Professor Marjo-Riitta Järvelin and will also cover the following: 

• Modelling and prediction of the gluco-psychosocial axis - deterioration of glucose tolerance, by Dr Sylvain Sebert. 
• Metabolomics and long-term health in mothers with gestational diabetes and their offspring, by Dr Sandra Hummel.
